During this first phase, we will meet with you to discuss your business, assess your current internet and social media presence, and develop an understanding of what results are important to you. We will evaluate your competition and analyze your industry to determine best practices.
Strategy Development:
After the initial consultation is complete, we will go to work building a clear and concise modern media strategy customized specifically to the strengths and weaknesses of your company. Using social media networks, such as facebook, twitter, blogs, etc, we will begin to develop an internet and social media presence that exceeds that of your competition. In order to continually provide the best service possible, we will always stay on top of new emerging technologies, current internet trends, and the competition.
Implementation & Maintenance (optional):
Once your social media marketing plan is in place and approved by you, we will then implement your individual strategy and maintain it on a daily basis. We will continually observe and adjust our strategy as necessary, allowing you to take a "hands-off" approach all the while growing your internet presence. The lines of communication are always open so we can effectively market new items, current promotions, events, or whatever may fit your needs.

Depending on your chosen pricing plan, we will train you and/or your staff how to most effectively maintain your social media marketing campaign. The training option can be selected alone or added in conjunction with monthly maintenance for a more "hands-on" approach. If training is selected without a monthly maintenance plan, it includes one month of support.
